We offer an array of mouthwatering meats, from our signature slow-smoked pulled pork and beef brisket to pork belly burnt ends and St Louis spare ribs, pulled chicken breast, and pit-fired wings that the customers can line up and purchase at a first come first serve basis.

The childhood friends rekindled their friendship during the pandemic of 2020 by sharing barbecue tips, recipes, and an aligned vision of bringing superior barbecue fare to the New England community.
By the Summer of 2022, the dynamic partnership established South County Barbeque and then hit the ground running, serving the local community competition-style barbecue at farmers’ markets, craft breweries, and catered private events.
